| The public provided extensive input during
the planning and design phases of this project. The
City of Fremont is committed to keeping the community
well informed during construction.
The City will maintain this project Web site to provide
construction updates to the public and has set up
a project information line for community members to
receive updated information, ask questions and provide
comments. In addition, the City will distribute written
updates at key milestones, hold community meetings,
and meet with local organizations, as needed, throughout
the project. A project information office will be
set up near the construction site before the start
of major activities where community members can stop
by, talk to project representatives and obtain more
information.
